DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. What PapaHD Is

PapaHD (https://papashd.sbs) is a stream aggregator and embed index. We collect and display publicly available embedded stream players sourced from third-party servers across the internet. PapaHD does not host, upload, store, cache, transmit, encode, or control any audio, video, or media content of any kind. We have no servers that store media files. Every stream visible on this site originates from an external third-party source entirely outside our control.

2. DMCA Safe Harbor — 17 U.S.C. § 512

PapaHD operates as an Online Service Provider (OSP) under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512(d) — the “information location tools” safe harbor provision — and comparable provisions under international copyright law. In accordance with § 512(c)(2), we have designated a DMCA Agent with the United States Copyright Office.

We respond expeditiously to all valid takedown notices and remove or disable access to links or embedded players that are identified as infringing. We do not knowingly facilitate copyright infringement.

3. How to Submit a Copyright Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must include all of the following elements (required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

1. Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
3. Identification of the specific URL(s) on PapaHD where the allegedly infringing material appears.
4. Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

We aim to acknowledge valid notices within 24–48 hours and take action within 72 hours. Incomplete notices that do not meet all statutory requirements cannot be acted upon.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) including: your signature, identification of the removed material and its URL before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), PapaHD maintains a policy to terminate the accounts and/or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. Any contributor who repeatedly submits links or embeds to infringing content will be permanently banned.

6. We Do Not Host Content — Contact the Source

Because PapaHD does not host any media files, we cannot remove the underlying stream from the internet — we can only remove the link or embedded player from our index. To have the infringing content removed at the source, you must contact the hosting provider or server operator directly.

If you can identify the actual hosting server from the stream URL or embed code, please contact that server's abuse department. We are happy to assist with identifying the source URL from a given page — include the PapaHD page URL in your email to us.

7. Trademarks & Third-Party Rights

All third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, team names, league names, event names, and broadcast rights displayed on PapaHD belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this site does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. For European users, this policy also reflects our obligations under applicable EU copyright directives.
